If you’ve not be in over the last week or so we’ve welcomed some lush newbies to The Plant Studio including the weird, the wonderful and the colourful…bit like us really😬
If you’re looking to plant snowdrops or lily of the valley this year then this is a nifty way to do it economically.
🤍 Snow ’buns’ (as we affectionately call them) are bundles of snowdrops which have finished flowering (known as ‘in the green’) and this is when they establish best.
🤍 Lily of the valley ’pips’ (that's the Spring shoots that have started to pop up) take easily and will spread over the season too, giving you even more value for money👍
Gardens in Scotland you can visit, many of which are rarely open to the public. The best bit; every ticket bought, cuppa sipped and cake munched goes to help charities and local communities. Last year, Scotland's Gardens Scheme supported over 250 charities and good causes👏
A great day out, a great way to get garden inspired and you’re giving too😊
We’re buzzin’ about our new honey supplier with their hives just across the water, in and around Kinross. We love that profits from their honey are poured back into sourcing more hives and more hives mean more employbees…currently a whopping 3.2 million!
And if you fancy yourself as a beekeeper, you can sign up for one of their workshops which start the end of Spring.
In the meantime, anyone for runny or set??😋🍯
