We‘re receiving a large number of calls over click & collect confusion. To clarify, the Scottish Government have permitted garden centres to continue with this service. Furthermore, they have confirmed that any items can be purchased via this method.
You can place an order for collection in our car park by calling us on 01506 834433 (Mon-Fri, 10am to 5pm) or alternatively purchase from a range of items in our new web shop at the following link:

Unfortunately we’ve been experiencing problems with our van since the new year however we’re back on the road and able to offer our delivery service again.
To make things a little easier during these difficult times we’re halving our delivery charges to £10 & £5 and can deliver to the areas shown on the map below.

We approach the end of a year we could never have We approach the end of a year we could never have predicted. A year of constant uncertainty and adapting to change, for everyone. New Hopetoun wouldn’t be here without the support and kindness of our loyal customers and followers and we can’t thank you enough. We’ve been uplifted by your messages and gestures and touched to know how much our lockdown services helped your mental & physical well-being by enabling you to get out and garden. We also wouldn’t have got through this year without the phenomenal team that we’re blessed with. Our gang have embraced every additional role and challenge...and there have been many! Garden centres have now been reclassified as non-essential under the current level 4 regulations which means we closed our doors today not just for Christmas but until further notice. We are still permitted to offer a click & collect service however which will be available from the 28th to the 31st of December and again from January the 4th. Simply call us on 01506 834433 from 10am to 5pm if you’d like to place an order. For now, the NHG team, actually family, would like to wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and a happier and more settled 2021. Last night thieves broke in to our premises and st Last night thieves broke in to our premises and stole a bulk of our cut Christmas trees. They chose to target us as a small independent garden centre, not a multi-million pound business. Like our fellow garden centres, we’ve been fighting for our business since March. Our fight continues as we find ourselves in tier 4 at a time when normally the tearoom and Christmas trading would be our bread and butter. The chances are our stolen trees will be sold in some unregulated pop-up stall or from the back of a van. Please be vigilant of these unscrupulous sellers and even report if you feel necessary. We pride ourselves in supporting Scottish growers and the hard work that they do to provide us with the quality of Christmas trees that we offer you. Please don‘t worry if you’ve already ordered your tree from us, we’ll still be delivering a beautiful tree to you as planned. The beauty of potted is that they’re good to go straight into the home (or sit outside) and then you can continue to enjoy after the festivities by planting out in the garden. Our various spruces and firs range from a dinky 40-60cm (2ft) to a daddy 120-140cm (4ft). Orangery Tearoom closed from 4pm Friday 20th Novem Orangery Tearoom closed from 4pm Friday 20th November It’s a down day for us as the Scottish Government confirm the need to close our tearoom again as we enter tier 4. They have however placed garden centres in the essential retail category under this tier which means you can still visit us to shop from our plant area and buildings including the gift shop.
