Don’t be misled by the sunny weather, it is still getting very cold during the night and getting quite hard frosts, so don’t be tempted to put your bedding plants out too soon, safe to plant now are Sweet Peas, Stocks,Sweet William, Pansies and Violas. Avoid Lobelia, Petunias etc until the beginning of May or you risk having to replant them when they have been frosted.
