Sow hardy annuals such as Nasturtium, Sweet Peas, Calendula.
Feed your shrubs and perennials by applying a general purpose fertiliser like Growmore.
Mulch your borders with organic matter like Mulch and Mix to a depth of at least an inch to suppress weeds, trap moisture and ultimately improve the soil as it breaks down.
